RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Doplei purchase. In general, items in new condition (unworn/unwashed, in original packaging) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For all returns and exchanges, please email jm@doplei.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the product.

Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged. If we made a mistake or the product is damaged or defective when you receive it, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. When you send in your item, please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us. If you have further questions please contact us.

Any items used or not in the original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels.


Refunds

Please remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

STEP 1

For all returns and exchanges, please email jm@doplei.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE you return the product.

STEP 2

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order, and include the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock.) Please also state the reason for your return.

STEP 3

After reaching out to us, we will provide you with the address to mail your items to.

STEP 4

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.
